WATER CRISIS HITS NAMIWAWA

Some parts of the Namiwawa city have been hit by water crisis due to the expansion of 800 meter road in the city.

Makwangwala- community not to panic

This has come due to the 1.3 billion dual carriage way that led to the cutting of Southern Region Water Board (SRWB) services line.

Rita Makwangwala, the SRWB spokesperson guarantees people of the community not to panic.

"We are going to provide water Bowsers and in two weeks time the problem will be solved and it will be a thing of the past.

  1. This is typical of Malawi, poor planning leads to suffering for the masses.

    And this should be a work up call for the Water board to update its water supply logistically
